Ensure compliance with regulations and handle procedures before public entities. **We seek** a technical team leader to oversee the development of technical files, ensuring compliance with deadlines and current regulations. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Minimum **2 years** of experience in project consulting. * Experience managing **multiple Architecture and Engineering projects**. * Experience handling construction-related procedures, permits, and licenses before public entities. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and knowledge of the **National Building Regulation**. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Lead and manage projects. * Supervise the assigned team. * Manage multiple projects concurrently. * Handle procedures, feasibility studies, permits, and construction licenses before public entities. * Ensure compliance with the National Building Regulation and current regulations.
