Opportunity to advance to Project Manager At our expanding construction company, we seek a **Project Coordinator** with a solution-oriented mindset, results-driven focus, and genuine desire to grow professionally within a dynamic organization. **Job Objective:** Lead, coordinate, and accelerate project development, ensuring order, adherence to deadlines, and proper coordination between technical office and construction site. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor progress of all ongoing projects * Coordinate with architects, resident engineers, and Operations Manager * Control schedules and ensure timely delivery * Identify interferences and propose rapid solutions * Coordinate submission of technical documentation * Ensure effective communication across departments (Projects, Operations, Costs) * Standardize processes and improve departmental efficiency **Required Profile:** * Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer * 4–8 years of experience in construction projects * Experience both in office and on-site * Knowledge of technical documentation development and technical coordination * Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project (preferred) **We are looking for someone who:** * Is hungry for professional growth * Is solution-oriented and proactive * Possesses natural leadership and strong coordination skills * Works with a sense of urgency and results orientation * Can manage multiple projects under pressure **We are NOT looking for:** * Overly corporate or bureaucratic profiles * Individuals focused solely on working hours rather than results * Professionals requiring rigid structures to operate **We offer:** * Market-competitive salary (S/ 4,500 – 5,500 depending on experience) * Performance- and objective-based bonuses * Real career growth path within the company * Participation in high-level projects * Opportunity to advance to **Project Manager**, based on performance Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: On-site
