Job Summary: Supervise the installation, configuration, and maintenance of fiber optic networks, ensuring compliance with standards and proper field execution. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision of fiber optic equipment and networks. 2. Field leadership and quality control of installations. 3. Technical training and reinforcement for personnel. We are a telecommunications company with over 30 years in the market, working with fiber optic, satellite network, microwave, and other suppliers across Peru. Requirements: Electronics, telecommunications, networking, or related technical diploma. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions. Work experience in installation, configuration, deinstallation, and maintenance of fiber optic networks and equipment. Work experience supervising field technical crews. Residence in the Rímac District or Lima Province (Cercado de Lima). Valid driver's license. Immediate availability. Availability to work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. Training or certification in basic Occupational Health and Safety (desirable). Responsibilities: * • Supervise proper use of PPEs and tools authorized by client Win. * • Supervise proper field execution by crews responsible for fiber optic services. * • Verify compliance with installation standards and requirements specified by client Win. * • Supervise correct quality verification of supplied materials and their proper installation. * • Conduct training and reinforcement on the Win Last Mile installation standard process. * • Supervise, monitor, and report on field installations and technical visits performed by crews. * • Prepare reports on supervised installations and visits. * • Track faults reported under warranty and reinforce technical staff on root causes. * • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Conditions and Benefits: * Work Monday through Sunday with one rotating day off. * 90% field work and 10% office work. * Salary of S/.1,800.00 on full payroll. Ongoing training.
