




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Tender and Projects Assistant to handle comprehensive documentation and tender management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in office tools and SEACE. **TENDER ASSISTANT** We are looking for a proactive, organized **Administrative Tender and Projects Assistant**, with knowledge in the engineering/water and sanitation sector. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive management of documentation related to tender processes, contracts, and the project office database in **Surco**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or graduate in Civil Engineering or related fields, Law, Administration, or Accounting. * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative, project-related tasks, or preferably in preparing and assembling technical files for tenders. * Knowledge and proficiency in SEACE. * Advanced proficiency in office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficient documentation management. * Availability to work in Surco (near Benavides Bridge) Monday–Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. **Responsibilities:** * Tender Proposal Preparation: Assemble, review, and submit technical and financial proposals for public and private tenders. * Opportunity Search and Monitoring: Continuously search for and monitor tender calls and proposals on relevant government platforms (e.g., SEACE in Peru or equivalent platforms). * Contract Management: Organize, archive, and maintain up-to-date records of all contracts and office documentation. * Management of Certificates and Credentials: Collect, verify, and organize project completion certificates and professionals’/specialists’ experience certificates. * Database Administration: Maintain and update the project, specialist, supplier, and office documentation database. **Salary:** PEN 1500–2000 depending on experience Salary: S/.1,500.00 – S/.2,000.00 per month Application Questions: * Which district do you live in?
