Supervise the assigned work team according to the practices defined in the governance model. 2\. Manage the assigned portfolio, ensuring the team under your responsibility meets its targets, considering expected levels of production, productivity, and quality. 3\. Distribute workload/files among the team following established prioritization criteria, managing exceptions identified in each case. 4\. Monitor and control daily headcount (attendance, absenteeism, production, productivity), escalating identified alerts and risks promptly to coordination. 5\. Validate compliance with processes under your responsibility and their controls, including expected quality levels, taking timely corrective action for deviations and proposing improvements to optimize process performance, resource utilization, and tools. 6\. As part of your daily management, identify and promptly report risks detected at the process, team, or tool level—risks affecting not only your team but also coordination, leadership, management, and the company. 7\. Lead operational meetings and coordinate with internal and external departments, and clients if necessary, to ensure achievement of team objectives and implementation of proposed improvements. 8\. Ensure regulatory and documentation compliance in files, guaranteeing integrity of physical and digital records, and correct application of TEDEF and SUSALUD formats. 9\. Perform other duties assigned by leadership as required by operational needs. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields preferred. * Minimum 1 year of experience in billing processes and health insurance provider registration within the healthcare sector. * At least 1 year leading operational teams in high-turnover, high-volume environments. * 2 years of experience in operational processes related to mass billing in regulated sectors. **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira \- a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
