Job Summary: We are seeking Data Analysts and Process Analysts with experience in digital transformation, continuous improvement, and data analysis for hybrid roles. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in continuous improvement and process-based management. *** DATA ANALYST: - Minimum 2 years in roles related to data analytics or business intelligence. Experience in digital transformation projects or sectors such as construction/mining is preferred. - Knowledge of the DAMA framework. DAMA certification or related data governance courses are desirable. - Experience in defining data architectures, building dashboards, and KPIs. - Proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or similar databases. - Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and integration tools. - Knowledge of Python, R, or similar languages for data analysis, transformation, and automation. *** PROCESS ANALYST: - Minimum 2 years of experience as a Process Analyst in construction, engineering, infrastructure, or related industries. - Experience in business process elicitation, analysis, documentation, and improvement. - Experience in developing procedures, flowcharts, process maps, and management indicators. - Experience participating in digital transformation and process optimization projects. - Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM). - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, PDCA, Six Sigma, or similar). - Knowledge of agile methodologies. - Knowledge of process mapping, modeling, and documentation. - Knowledge of data analysis for identifying improvement opportunities. - Process modeling tools (Bizagi, Visio, or similar). For both positions: - Hybrid work mode (3 days onsite at the office in San Isidro, 2 days remote). - Immediate availability to start work on Monday, June 08.
