Job Summary: We are seeking a DBA to manage critical databases, optimize performance, and implement high-availability and security strategies. Key Highlights: 1. Advanced administration of Oracle/SQL Server and performance optimization. 2. Participation in data improvement, automation, and security projects. 3. Collaborative work with infrastructure, development, and security teams. SOFTWARE ENTERPRISE SERVICES is a Peruvian Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company with extensive experience delivering IT services through IT outsourcing and Software Factory models for domestic and international clients, ensuring service quality with robust standardized processes within an integrated management system. We are currently looking for top talent to join our team as a DBA. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or title in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Sciences, or related fields (Mandatory). • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions (Mandatory). • Strong expertise in advanced Oracle/SQL Server administration. • Experience in advanced tuning and performance optimization (AWR, Execution Plans, indexes). • Experience in database replication and clustering. • Proficiency in data security (TDE encryption, data masking). • Experience in cloud environments and databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL). • Desirable experience with GoldenGate or CDC tools. • Basic Data Warehousing knowledge. • DevOps for databases (Terraform, Ansible).
