Position Summary: We are seeking a Design Assistant to analyze, design, and implement improvements in production processes, ensuring efficiency and collaboration with teams. Key Highlights: 1. Demonstrable participation in improvement projects **PROFILE: DESIGN ASSISTANT** ***REQUIREMENTS*** * Minimum 2 years of work experience in companies with production processes (manufacturing plant). * Industrial Engineer by profession **(minimum bachelor's degree)**. * Demonstrable participation in at least one process improvement project. * Experience managing area indicators such as OTIF, Efficiency, and other process-related metrics. * Knowledge of production costs. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Required Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in software including Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Visio, and process management systems. * Knowledge of data and metrics (KPI) analysis. * Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen. **Key Responsibilities** * **Process Analysis:** Evaluate existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. * **Design and Implementation:** Develop, implement, and document new processes or modify existing ones. * **Documentation:** Prepare flowcharts, procedure manuals, and other process-related documents. * **Monitoring:** Establish and track metrics (KPIs) to measure the impact of implemented improvements. * **Collaboration:** Work closely with teams across the organization to gather requirements and ensure alignment with objectives. * **Training:** Provide training and support to staff on new processes or technologies. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM **Work Location:** Av. el sol con Calle 2 \- Villa el salvador (Ref. panamerica sur con Av. el sol) **CONTACT INFORMATION** * Via WhatsApp 995 957 702 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
