Position Summary: A leading company is seeking a Junior Operations/Project Planning Analyst to support the preparation, management, and implementation of digitalization and storage projects. Preparation of results reports and operational technical documentation A prominent company providing document digitalization and storage services is currently seeking the following position. · Junior Operations/Project Planning Analyst · Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience performing duties relevant to this position in projects. - Knowledge of budgeting and cost estimation. - Advanced-level Excel proficiency. - Familiarity with MS Visio and Power BI. · RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist in preparing budgets for new projects. - Assist in developing the project management plan, defining project scope and requirements regarding documents and resources (human resources, computer equipment, infrastructure, transportation, supplies, and materials), as well as production plans, production standards, and standards for supply/material usage and consumption. - Manage the implementation of new projects in coordination with the assigned project manager and other supporting departments. - Prepare execution results reports for projects. - Support documentation required for obtaining and/or renewing technical-operational permits and licenses, as well as processes related to homologation, ISO quality certification, production, etc. - Support development of business continuity plans. - Design layouts and flowcharts for project processes. - Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. · BENEFITS: - Full payroll registration from day one. - Corporate and social benefits. - Job stability and sustainable growth. - Commuting assistance.-Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate 1 year of experience Age: between 28 and 38 years Keywords: analyst, jr, junior
