Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to enhance our digital presence and commercial growth at a specialized dental center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies 2. Create and manage social media content 3. Strengthen brand positioning and lead generation **Salamanca – Ate \| L\&T Grupo CEIOP SAC – IL3D** At CEIOP–IL3D, we are a specialized dental center, 2D and 3D imaging center, digital workflow hub, and CAD/CAM laboratory focused on innovation, digital diagnosis, and dental education. We are currently looking to welcome a creative, strategic, and proactive professional to strengthen our digital presence and commercial growth. **Requirements** * Graduate, bachelor’s degree holder, or technical diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. * Immediate and full-time availability. * Residency near Salamanca – Ate or adjacent districts. * Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creation. * Prior experience in healthcare, dentistry, or service-oriented companies is preferred. * Proficiency in: * Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) * TikTok Ads * Google Ads * Graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools) * Video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or others) * Photography and audiovisual content creation * AI tools applied to marketing and digital content. * Organized, creative, empathetic, self-motivated, and capable of teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with CEIOP–IL3D’s business objectives. * Create and manage the monthly social media content calendar. * Design professional graphic assets, reels, videos, and audiovisual content. * Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns. * Strengthen brand positioning and patient/doctor partner acquisition. * Support promotion of courses, trainings, and academic events. * Monitor campaign metrics, KPIs, and results, preparing periodic reports. * Propose innovative ideas using digital tools and artificial intelligence. * Support B2B commercial activities and client retention initiatives. **We Offer** ✅ Fixed salary \+ bonuses and incentives ✅ Opportunities for professional growth ✅ Ongoing training ✅ Excellent work environment ✅ Access to CEIOP–IL3D’s digital and academic ecosystem We seek individuals passionate about marketing, innovation, and high-impact content creation.
