Generation of new opportunities and negotiation of agreements We are looking for a BUSINESS DEVELOPER with extensive experience in the technology sector, specializing in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales, partner licensing, and establishing strategic commercial agreements. The ideal candidate must possess a strong network of contacts across various technology companies, facilitating the creation of new business opportunities. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing key relationships with partners and securing agreements that drive company growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities: IT and SaaS Prospecting: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential customers and strategic partners in the technology, software, and cloud services sectors, leveraging an existing contact network. Partner Licensing: Manage relationships with partners in the technology ecosystem (software vendors, system integrators, distributors, etc.) to sell licenses, SaaS solutions, and related products. Strategic Alliance Management: Facilitate and negotiate collaboration agreements with technology partners, maximizing joint business opportunities and ensuring mutually beneficial relationships. Sales Pipeline Development: Generate and manage a robust pipeline of prospects and business opportunities through CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up. Lead Qualification: Research target companies in sectors such as IT, enterprise software, and cloud solutions, evaluating their needs and alignment with our offerings. Negotiation and Closing: Actively participate in negotiating license contracts and agreements with partners and customers, achieving sales and profitability targets. Leveraging Contact Networks: Utilize an existing network of contacts within technology companies to open doors, generate leads, and foster new commercial opportunities. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies aligned with market trends and maximize business opportunities within the partner ecosystem. Industry Event Participation: Represent the company at trade fairs, conferences, and other industry events to increase visibility and generate new business opportunities. Market Analysis: Provide strategic insights on IT and SaaS market trends to enhance commercial offerings and refine sales strategies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields (preferably with specialization in technology or IT). 7+ years of experience in IT solutions, SaaS sales, or technology partner alliance management. An established network of contacts within technology companies, with proven experience in opening new opportunities through these contacts. Experience negotiating licenses and commercial agreements with technology partners and distributors. In-depth knowledge of the IT and SaaS markets, with a focus on partner-driven and strategic alliance sales. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
