We are looking for a Software Developer with AI development experience who wants to learn and transform their career. In this role, you will: Review assigned RQs according to the current project’s work plan. Receive requirements or projects to analyze client request feasibility or gather additional information. Estimate the time required for the solution or development to validate time constraints. If the requirement is functional, implement the solution. If the requirement is non-functional, design the solution (if not a project) and coordinate with the client’s involved personnel. Set up the appropriate development or testing environment. Implement the solution design. Execute solution testing. Support the client’s QA process. Update the relevant process in the tool’s technical manual. Support production deployment. Identify (if applicable) collateral issues related to the implemented solution and resolve them. Support RQ and/or project closure to ensure all constraints are met. Serve as the escalation point for client factory project development. Ensure outsourcing effort and cost estimates are optimal and high-quality, representing client interests. Plan and manage Change and Bug Fix Releases. Ensure completeness of application risk assessments in production environments. Conduct daily and weekly service reviews, or as appropriate per project phase. Identify Continuous Improvement opportunities in service and business applications. Assist with data loading (where required). Design the technical specifications document and deliver it to the client. Other duties inherent to the position. Ideal candidates have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Informatics, Systems Engineering, or related fields. 1 year of experience in related roles. Knowledge of AI implementation for software development (mandatory). Knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle SQL databases (mandatory). Knowledge of Angular, .NET (desktop and web), C (desirable).
