Job Summary: We are seeking a Licensed Nurse to provide patient care, medical assistance, outpatient clinic management, supply control, and support to the clinical team, with emphasis on continuous improvement and biosafety. Focus on biosafety and continuous improvement of care Our healthcare facility in the field of medicine is seeking a Licensed Nurse. Education: \- Licensed Nurse (Mandatory). \- Minimum 2 years of experience in this position. \- Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Responsibilities: 1\. Provide patient care at the outpatient clinic, perform procedures, and deliver medical assistance. 2\. Manage outpatient clinic activities, including logistics and nursing care for patients requiring attention. 3\. Provide technical support and assistance to the clinical team offering patient care services. Support patient care in consultation rooms. 4\. Manage and control medical supplies, materials, and instruments required for patient care. Consolidate and prepare orders for stationery, medical materials, etc. 5\. Coordinate with staff members to optimize the medical care process, pursuing continuous improvement. Propose strategies to improve patient care across clinic services. 6\. Ensure compliance with basic biosafety standards and patient care quality requirements as stipulated by technical and legal regulations. 7\. Supervise preparation of all surgical instruments and visibility of necessary materials for surgical procedures, verifying that no items are missing before the intervention begins. 8\. Supervise proper washing and sterilization of materials, equipment, and uniforms used in service. 9\. Maintain patient records. 10\. Measure vital signs for operational staff. 11\. Provide patient consultation support and guidance. 12\. Administer medications via oral and intravenous routes. 13\. Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
