Part of a solid metal-mechanical industry company **Welding and Assembly Assistant Technician – Metal-Mechanical Industry** A company dedicated to metal-mechanical and general mechanical manufacturing, located in **Comas – Trapiche**, is seeking a **Welding and Assembly Assistant Technician** to join its team. We seek responsible, committed individuals with metal-mechanical workshop experience who wish to develop within a dynamic environment focused on quality and teamwork. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in **sheet metal layout and component preparation**, according to drawings and specified dimensions. * Assist in **assembly of metal structures**, under supervision of the assembler or foreman. * Perform **grinding, beveling, and mechanical cleaning** tasks. * Operate tools such as grinders, drills, oxy-cutting equipment, among others. * Conduct **tack welding (basic fixturing welds)** to support assembly. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and compliance with workplace safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in metal-mechanical or similar work. * Basic knowledge of **reading drawings (simple dimensions and references)**. * Responsibility, discipline, and teamwork. * Availability for overtime and work outside Lima. * Compliance with industrial safety regulations. * Preference for applicants residing near **Comas – Trapiche**. **We Offer:** * Employment with a solid metal-mechanical industry company. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity for learning and advancement to higher-responsibility positions (e.g., certified assembler / qualified welder). **Location:** Comas – Trapiche **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. * Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. **Interested Candidates:** Send your CV to \+51 973 108 618\.
