Job Summary: We are seeking a Call Center Advisor to coordinate installation schedules with customers, track scheduling activities, and report results. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic responsibilities assigned by immediate supervisor We are a telecommunications company with over 45 years of experience in the industry, and we are currently seeking a Call Center Advisor. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of call center experience. * Residence in Cercado de Lima or neighboring districts. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with one rotating day off. **Responsibilities:** * Contact customers to coordinate installation appointments. * Maintain records of scheduled appointments. * Report scheduling outcomes to immediate supervisor. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. **Benefits:** * Fixed monthly salary. * Fixed mobility allowance of S/200 per month. * Performance-based commissions starting at S/500. * Full payroll registration.
