Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with a proven track record of leading commercial teams, results-oriented mindset, and strategic focus to comprehensively manage store operations and performance in the telecommunications industry. We are looking for a **Store Manager** with experience leading commercial teams, results-oriented mindset, and strategic focus to comprehensively manage store operations and performance in the telecommunications industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Comprehensively manage the store, ensuring achievement of commercial targets, profitability, and sustainable growth. * Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team, fostering a high-performance environment. * Design and implement commercial strategies focused on number portability, new activations, renewals, and accessory sales. * Analyze commercial indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports, proposing action plans. * Manage team schedules, attendance, and performance to optimize store productivity. * Resolve operational and commercial issues, ensuring an appropriate customer experience. **Requirements** * Valid DNI or CE. * Minimum **2–3 years’ experience leading commercial teams in retail or telecommunications**. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)**. * Availability to work on-site. **Employment Conditions** * Work Mode: On-site * Employment Type: Full-time * Working Hours: * Monday to Saturday, between 8:30 AM and 8:00 PM. * Sunday off. **Compensation and Benefits** * Enrollment in **full payroll registration** * Base salary: **S/ 2,500** (paid monthly on the last business days) * Unlimited commissions, subject to achievement of commercial results. **What We Offer** * Opportunity to lead a high-impact commercial operation. * Professional development in the telecommunications sector. * Excellent work environment and clear career progression path.
