Excellent work environment and strong corporate culture **Code Systems SAC** is looking for an experienced **Logistics Coordinator** to join our team and lead the company's logistics processes. If you have experience in warehouse management, shipment coordination, inventory control, and logistics process optimization, we want you on our team! **Responsibilities and Functions** * Supervise compliance with procedures related to user requirements, purchase orders, and service orders through supplier invoicing. * Prepare quotations and procure products according to customer requests. * Define evaluation and selection criteria for new suppliers to be included in the company’s internal supplier portfolio. * Negotiate major and minor purchases with suppliers regarding price, delivery time, and payment terms. * Identify cost-saving opportunities jointly with internal teams and clients. * Ensure compliance with technical specifications, project standards, and project schedule. * Source, register, and evaluate suppliers. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and administration departments to ensure proper material flow, payments, and documentation. * Track purchase records and shipping guides within the system. * Coordinate with various departments to address purchase requests. * Actively participate in the Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with its requirements and assuming responsibility therein. * Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor. **Job Requirements:** Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Administration, Logistics, International Business Administration, Industrial Administration, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. Training courses in administration or logistics and materials management.
