At Stefanini, we are more than 30\.000 brilliant minds, connected from 41 countries, doing what they love and co\-creating a better future. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Gather, analyze, and document business functional requirements. * Develop user stories, use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications. * Act as a liaison between business areas and the development team to ensure mutual understanding of requirements. * Participate in refinement, planning, and follow-up meetings under agile methodologies (Scrum). * Provide functional support throughout the development and testing cycles of solutions. * Validate that developments meet defined requirements and acceptance criteria. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date functional documentation and user manuals, as applicable. * Manage and track requirements and incidents using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. * Identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and propose functional solutions. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. * Maintain effective communication with users and stakeholders, ensuring proper expectation management. * Comply with organizational guidelines, standards, and best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Between **1 and 2 years of experience** as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar roles. * Knowledge of requirements elicitation and analysis. * Experience developing user stories, use cases, and functional documentation. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum). * Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. * Basic SQL knowledge (desirable). **Excellent attitude and willingness to learn.** Proactivity and initiative.
