We are seeking an **OPERATIONS ASSISTANT**, highly execution-oriented, capable of managing high-volume, operationally demanding international logistics operations—ensuring strict SLA compliance, full shipment traceability, and real-time operational control for global e\-commerce strategic accounts. **Requirements:** \- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration, Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum 2 years of experience in international logistics operations. \- Experience working with performance indicators (KPIs) and SLA monitoring. \- Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. \- Intermediate English proficiency. \- Strong organizational ability, rapid response capability, and process control skills. **Responsibilities:** \- Manage maritime and air operations from order initiation through operational closure and invoicing. \- Continuously coordinate with customers, agents, customs authorities, and suppliers to ensure adherence to timelines and processes. \- Execute RCA and MCA submissions to Customs within established deadlines. \- Maintain daily visibility of the status of all orders and report operational progress. \- Record and control all operational information in the cargo management system. \- Ensure complete documentary and operational closure for each order (digital and physical). \- Monitor compliance with operational KPIs and customer SLAs. **If you’re looking for a challenging environment where you can contribute your expertise and continue growing, this position is for you!** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
