With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver greater impact. **Job Description:** Provide specialized technical support in reviewing and developing engineering and construction projects for water treatment plants and pumping systems, ensuring compliance with design criteria and project standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare and review project Terms of Reference (ToR). * Verify compliance with design criteria for mechanical, electrical, or process engineering projects. * Review and approve deliverables and technical documentation. * Coordinate with end users and consultants during engineering phases. * Participate in tenders and respond to technical queries. * Support document management in accordance with internal policies. * Review engineering deliverables produced by our client’s consultants. * Develop engineering solutions for interference resolution. * Provide engineering and constructability support to our client. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. **Qualifications and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering (licensed and duly registered). * Minimum verifiable experience of 10 years in engineering and construction of water treatment and pumping plants for mining applications. * Mining industry experience. * Valid Class A-1 driver’s license. * Experience using Autodesk design software. * Knowledge of mining project design codes and standards. * Ability to identify and propose optimal technical solutions. * Teamwork skills, flexibility, adaptability, accountability, and commitment. * Willingness to work on-site in Cajamarca under rotating shifts and an atypical 9x5 work regime.
