We are currently seeking top talent for the following position: **(02) Recruitment and Selection Assistant** **Requirements:** * Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Psychology, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months’ experience as an HR Assistant or Intern at contractor companies operating in the mining, construction, or project sectors. * Experience in recruiting and selecting operational staff (e.g., Operations Engineers, Safety Engineers, Electrical Technicians, Mechanical Technicians, Welders, Scaffolders, Instrumentation Technicians). * Intermediate Excel proficiency (preferred). * Excellent communication skills. * Residence in Ate Vitarte or nearby areas to Real Plaza Puruchuco (preferred). * Immediate availability. **Responsibilities:** * Assist in recruitment and selection of personnel for mining units. * Support scheduling of medical examinations and training programs. * Prepare personnel documentation for assigned staff. * Request SCTR and SVL coverage for personnel. * Submit compliance reports regarding labor obligations to our various clients. * Address personnel inquiries and concerns. * Perform other duties inherent to the position. **Benefits:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday (48 hours/week) * Daily pay (RxH) * Opportunity for career growth * Pleasant work environment * Join a young and dynamic team.
