We are looking for a dynamic, friendly individual with prior experience in café service to deliver outstanding service to our customers. **Responsibilities:** * Greet and serve customers courteously and professionally, providing prompt and efficient service. * Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen and barista teams. * Prepare and serve coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks according to established quality standards. * Maintain the café area clean and tidy at all times, including cleaning tables, counters, and equipment. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive customer experience on every visit. * Set up the dining area before shifts and perform scheduled cleaning duties. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience in café service or similar establishments (preferred) * Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. * Friendly, customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment. * Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and operation of café equipment (preferred). * Preferably reside or study near Magdalena del Mar. * Availability to work full-time with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. **We Offer:** * Opportunity to join a team committed to excellence in service. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Competitive salary and additional benefits. * Career progression opportunity.
