Prepare daily management reports: calls, intensity, and recovery. Perform payment reconciliations with banking systems. Provide support in monitoring and tracking operational indicators. Ensure data quality and consistency. What are we looking for? Graduate or technical degree in Computer Science, Systems, Statistics, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level). Familiarity with databases is desirable. Analytical, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
