Job Objective: Ensure the operational functionality, maintenance, and technical support of computer equipment, peripherals, and systems used by company personnel, guaranteeing business continuity, compliance with security policies, and timely assistance to internal users of C&C Cobranzas Perú S.A.C. · Main Responsibilities 1. IT Infrastructure Maintenance and Support: Execute preventive maintenance and backup programs for equipment according to inventory. Perform corrective maintenance on computers, printers, and peripherals. Record all interventions using the Equipment Inspection and Repair History form. 2. User Assistance and Support: Provide technical assistance (on-site or remote) to users in Lima and provinces. Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and tools in accordance with internal security standards. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and local network (LAN/WiFi) incidents. 3. Asset Management and Documentation: Maintain updated inventories of equipment, components, and software licenses. Track and document equipment movements, repairs, and assignments. Prepare periodic reports on the status of technological infrastructure. 4. Network and Cabling Infrastructure: Perform structured cabling installation, routing, and labeling. Support management of network ports, switches, routers, and communication devices. 5. Quality Management and Compliance: Comply with internal guidelines and standards of the Quality Management System. Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. · Required Technical Knowledge Hardware / Support Operating Systems Networking Office Applications Information Security Inventory and Control Key Competencies Customer orientation and user support focus Organization and ability to document procedures. Academic Background Technical or university studies in Computing and Informatics or Systems Engineering (completed, ongoing, or incomplete). Additional training in technical support, networking, or computer maintenance is valued. Work Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in similar technical support or help desk roles.
