Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits. **FLEXOGRAPHIC MACHINE OPERATOR – CALLAO** **JOIN LABEL PERÚ S.A.C.!** A flexographic printing company is currently seeking to fill the position of **FLEXOGRAPHIC MACHINE OPERATOR**. **JOB REQUIREMENTS:** · Graphic production studies preferred (not mandatory). · Basic knowledge of self-adhesive materials, inks, dies, mechanics, and electricity. · Minimum one year of verifiable experience operating narrow-web flexographic printing machines in similar roles. · Experience in manufacturing self-adhesive labels. · Familiarity with UV-based and water-based inks. · Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. · Availability to work in Callao on rotating shifts. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Verify print artwork to ensure correct printing according to the work order (WO). · Adjust ink shades to achieve the color specified by the client. · Mount clichés and anilox rollers. · Confirm that materials match those indicated in the work order to execute scheduled print runs. · Record daily production control both in the system and on the reporting sheet to keep production data up to date. · Ensure printed output meets required standards and quality specifications. · Clean and maintain flexographic printing components (anilox rollers and ink trays). · Dismantle, clean, and properly store clichés and dies. · Support monitoring and development of the printing process. · Complete daily reports for each task performed. · Report incidents affecting product functionality or quality—either in-process or finished. **WE OFFER:** · Opportunity to join a strong team with growth potential. · Formal employment registration from day one with all statutory benefits. · Market-competitive remuneration aligned with experience. · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am \- 7:00 pm, 48 hours per week / Rotating shifts · Availability for paid HHEEE (extraordinary working hours) shifts.
