We are OPALO, a consulting firm with 15 years of experience in the Peruvian market, supporting Human Resources management for various companies that engage our services.
We are currently seeking **a Payroll Analyst** for our team in Surco.
REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, or related fields.
* Knowledge of SAP HR Module.
* Knowledge of compensation.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
* Availability to work in the SURCO district.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Prepare audit, inspection, and internal control reports related to payroll compensation.
* Validate and consolidate tax, contribution, and payroll deduction declarations.
* Handle employee inquiries related to payroll compensation.
* Monitor staff attendance; register staff onboarding and offboarding.
* Assist in executing the worker profit-sharing payment process.
* Review and monitor outstanding payroll payment balances for employees.
