We are currently seeking a **Cook for the Hot Dishes Section**, with prior restaurant experience and knowledge of cooking techniques and dish preparation. We seek a responsible, organized, and quality-focused individual who can perform efficiently during service and collaborate effectively as part of a team. Main Responsibilities * Prepare and cook hot dishes according to brand recipes and established standards. * Properly execute **mise en place** for the hot dishes section. * Perform cutting, portioning, and preparation of ingredients required for service. * Maintain proper control and storage conditions for ingredients. * Verify product quality before and during service. * Comply with protocols for **hygiene, food handling, and food safety**. * Maintain order and cleanliness in your work area, equipment, and utensils. * Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service. Requirements * Minimum of **1 year of verifiable cook experience in restaurants**. * **Preferably, experience in the hot dishes section.** * Technical studies in Gastronomy or Culinary Arts (desirable). * Knowledge of cooking techniques and dish preparation. * Knowledge of food handling, preservation, and storage. * Ability to work under pressure during service. * A **responsible, orderly, quick, and committed** individual. * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities. * Quality orientation and attention to detail. * Availability to work **rotating shifts**. * Immediate availability.
