Chef assistance and inventory management duties A renowned 4-star hotel requires adding human talent with experience as a Kitchen Assistant to its staff, possessing teamwork ability and commitment to perform this role. **REQUIREMENTS** \- Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in the same or similar position and category. \- Experience in Chifa (Desirable) \- Basic knowledge of kitchen assisting and training in occupational safety and hygiene. \- Availability to work rotating shifts. \- Residence in nearby areas. \- Manual dexterity and finger precision. \- Understanding of essential kitchen tools and utensils. \- Demonstrated interest in cooking. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Assist the chef \- Cleaning and organization. \- Inventory management. \- Ingredient preparation. \- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits. \- Mix ingredients following instructions. \- Store raw materials and finished products. \- Store food according to hygiene standards. \- Monitor raw material inventory. \- Chop or peel food items such as meat, fish, or vegetables for cooking. \- Weigh or measure food items. \- Mix ingredients to prepare sauces or dressings. \- Assist in preparing dishes ready for serving. \- Clean and organize the kitchen and utensils. \- Store food in appropriate locations (pantry, refrigerator, freezer, etc.). \- Track food stock levels. \- Manage order control. \- Comply with food handling hygiene and sanitation regulations. **BENEFITS:** **SCHEDULE: ROTATING + 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK WITH 1 DAY OFF PER WEEK** \- Direct payroll (MYPE) \- Covered meals Employment type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment
