What will your responsibilities be? Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities across our stores and offices. Respond to and track maintenance requests from various departments and locations. Supervise and assign maintenance personnel tasks, verifying completion of scheduled work. Coordinate electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, welding, and infrastructure works as required. Conduct periodic inspections of stores and offices to identify maintenance needs and potential incidents. Coordinate and supervise vendors and contractors responsible for specialized work. Manage materials, tools, and resources required to execute maintenance tasks. Develop and monitor the preventive maintenance schedule. Track completed work, pending requests, and maintenance incidents. Prepare reports on identified activities and incidents, promptly communicating any situation that may affect operational continuity at locations. Propose improvements and preventive actions to ensure proper facility operation. Technical studies in Maintenance, Electricity, Electromechanics, Mechanics, Construction, or related fields. Minimum 2 years’ experience in infrastructure, store, office, or commercial premises maintenance. Minimum 1 year’s experience performing coordination or supervision functions over personnel. Knowledge of electricity, carpentry, painting, plumbing, locksmithing, welding, and infrastructure. Experience coordinating maintenance service vendors and contractors. Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency is desirable. Availability to conduct visits and supervision across CASALINDA locations in Lima.
