Prepares and maintains records of the Integrated Management System (IMS). **Full Job Description** At PYC INEGENIEROS SAC, we specialize in DRYWALL installation for real estate and commercial projects. We are looking for a committed **Occupational Health and Safety Officer (OHSO)** focused on our team’s safety and on-site operational efficiency. **Job Objective:** Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations on-site, minimize unsafe acts and unforeseen hazards, and efficiently manage the workflow for receipt, verification, and return of rework components from construction sites. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Safety and OHS Management:** * Supervise working conditions and inspect unsafe acts that may lead to accidents on-site. * Document field observations made by the client. * Inspect and coordinate with Logistics to ensure adequate provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Verify the condition of signage and emergency equipment. * Conduct daily safety briefings for personnel according to the client’s schedule. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date records of the Integrated Management System (IMS), accident statistics, and man-hours (MH) worked. **Job Requirements:** * **Education:** Technical or university degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, Industrial Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in OHS / occupational risk prevention within the construction industry. * **Knowledge:** * Current Occupational Health and Safety regulations (Law No. 29783 and its implementing regulations). * Proficiency in IMS recordkeeping, accident frequency indicators, and statistical reporting. * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and quantify components (desirable for rework control). * **Skills:** Leadership, firm enforcement of regulations, assertive communication, and strong organizational ability. **Working Conditions:** * **Work Schedule:** Full-time. * **Work Location:** Av. Primavera \- Commercial Project * Paid overtime * Remuneration per man-hour (RXH) * Working Hours: 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:00 PM (extended hours) Salary: S/.2,500\.00 \- S/.2,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
