Focus on SSOMA and environmental management plans **GERCAR S.A.C.**, a leading company providing hydraulic crane rental services for projects in the mining, construction, energy, and industrial sectors, is experiencing continuous growth. Currently, we are looking for **two (02\) Operations Supervisors** for a major project at **Antamina**. **WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** Proactive professionals with leadership qualities and a strong orientation toward achievement, who meet the following requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum **4 years of experience** as a supervisor in mining operations, preferably at Antamina. Additionally, 3 years of specific experience in lifting operations. * **Academic Qualification:** Mechanical or Electrical Engineer or related field, duly registered and licensed, with a minimum of 4 years of professional registration. **Knowledge:** * Solid knowledge of **SSOMA** (Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment). * Ability to manage and develop operational-level **environmental management plans**. **Additional Skills:** * Excellent interpersonal skills, both with internal and external clients. * Availability to supervise under Mining Safety guidelines. * Valid driver's license (mandatory). * Active Certification \- Yellow Sheet (optional). **Conditions and Benefits:** * **Position Type:** Full-time. * **Work Location:** On-site, with availability to travel and work nationwide. * **Work Schedule:** 20 days on / 10 days off regime at the mine. * **Location:** Candidates residing in Lima (preferably). * **Employment Conditions:** General labor regime company, offering all legally mandated employment benefits.
