Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Supervisor, a licensed professional, to lead infrastructure and telecommunications projects, coordinate teams, and ensure achievement of objectives. Coordination of multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders Project Supervisor We seek a licensed and qualified professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields, with experience leading infrastructure and telecommunications projects. Main Requirements: * Experience in managing and supervising telecommunications infrastructure projects. * Experience in planning, executing, and controlling schedules, costs, resources, and deliverables. * Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, clients, and multidisciplinary teams. * Experience in project documentation management, including minutes, reports, valuations, files, permits, and closure documentation. * Knowledge of project management methodologies. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is desirable. * Proficiency in AutoCAD. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Familiarity with MS Project or other scheduling and tracking tools is desirable. * Ability to prepare executive reports, progress indicators, and risk control assessments. * Leadership, organizational skills, effective communication, and results orientation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise infrastructure implementation projects, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual documentation, as well as proper coordination with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Requirements: \- Licensed and qualified professional in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. \- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. \- Experience in government projects. \- Experience in document control.
