Description
Job Summary:
Responsible for directing and leading the evaluation, quotation, repair, and parameter recording of both company-owned and customer equipment and components, including fault diagnosis.
Key Highlights:
1. Lead the evaluation and repair of customer equipment and components.
2. Perform advanced fault diagnosis using specialized instruments.
3. Prepare repair reports and test protocols.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for directing and leading the evaluation, quotation, repair, and parameter recording of both company-owned and customer equipment and components.
* Evaluate and repair equipment according to model and serial number.
* Diagnose faults in equipment or components received at the workshop to define the repair process.
* Diagnose and operate test instruments (Prolink, Minidiag, Vodia).
* Prepare repair reports and test protocols.
* Conduct initial startup and pre-commissioning of equipment at mine sites.
* Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
* Conduct risk assessments (JHAs or similar client-required assessments, if applicable) prior to performing work.
**Requirements:**
* Technical education (2–3 years) and/or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
* Specialization in heavy equipment (desirable).
* Courses and/or workshops in maintenance management, hydraulics, electrical, and electronics (desirable).
* Minimum 7 years of technical experience and 2 years supervising heavy machinery line equipment.
* Valid A2B driver’s license (mandatory)
