Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, dynamic, and committed Cold Storage Operator to join our team, with experience in inventory management and stock control in cold environments. Ability to work under pressure in cold environments. **HELATONYS S.A.C. – HELADOS YAMBOLY** **POSITION: COLD STORAGE OPERATOR** A leading company in the mass consumer goods sector, HELATONYS S.A.C. – Helados Yamboly, is seeking a responsible, dynamic, and committed Cold Storage Operator with experience in operational warehouses and stock control management. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, focused on order, control, and process compliance, capable of working under pressure and in cold environments. **REQUIREMENTS** * Age between 25 and 40 years. * Completed secondary education and/or technical studies in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Operator or in similar roles, preferably within mass consumer goods companies. * Experience in cold storage warehouses and inventory control. * Basic knowledge of SAP and warehouse record management. * Good health and physical condition suitable for working in cold rooms. * Positive attitude, responsibility, and willingness to learn. * Immediate availability to work 12-hour shifts. * Residence in Lima, preferably in San Juan de Lurigancho or nearby areas. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Monitor incoming and outgoing warehouse movements, verifying discrepancies between system records and physical stock. * Supervise dispatches of raw materials to various production lines. * Perform physical stock control and system registration in SAP. * Coordinate daily warehouse operations. * Track warehouse KPIs: ERI, ERU, productivity, and unloading times. * Ensure proper preparation of materials for manufacturing orders. * Receive, verify, and register goods according to purchase orders. * Organize, manage, and properly arrange merchandise. * Conduct periodic physical inventories. * Control proper rotation of supplies and materials. * Verify absence of expired products in the processing area. * Supervise compliance with procedures for transfers, receipts, and dispatches. **COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and sense of responsibility. * Teamwork. * Operational order and discipline. * Results orientation. * Proactivity and initiative. * Analytical and control capabilities. * Ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication and coordination skills. **BENEFITS** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Learning and development path. * Company covers 50% of meals. * Base salary + bonuses: S/ 2,400.00 **IMPORTANT** Preference will be given to candidates who are committed, organized, and experienced in operational warehouse control, inventory management, and working in cold environments.
