We seek a creative, strategic individual passionate about communications, branding, and digital content. **What profile are we looking for?** - Graduate in Communications Sciences, Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related fields. - Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate communications and/or marketing. - Experience managing social media and creating multimedia content. - Excellent writing skills, creativity, and organizational ability. - Advanced English (spoken and written). - Prior experience in law firms and familiarity with international rankings is desirable. **Essential Knowledge:** * Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and InDesign * WordPress, Figma, Mailchimp, and MailJet * Branding and brand strategy * Photography and video editing **What will you do?** * Manage and create content for social media and digital platforms. * Design graphic assets and multimedia content for corporate campaigns. * Draft press releases, articles, and institutional newsletters. * Support events, brand positioning, and internal communications. * Prepare reports and monitor international rankings such as Chambers, Legal 500, Latin Lawyer, and IFLR1000. * Propose new communications and branding strategies. * Prepare communications reports and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies. * Develop and implement the Internal Communications Plan (ICP) jointly with the Human Resources department. * Other duties inherent to the position, as requested by the organization. **What do we offer?** - Career development path - Excellent working climate - Private health insurance - Comprehensive wellness programs - Continuous training and follow-up - Market-competitive remuneration Apply by sending your CV to: recursos.humanos@santivanez.com.pe Subject: *Communications & Marketing Assistant* CV submission deadline: May 17, 2026.
