To strengthen our team in Peru, we are seeking: **Procurement Analyst** Lima, Peru **Your Mission** Support procurement and supply management by evaluating and managing suppliers, organizing documentation, and identifying new supply sources. Monitor supplier claims and prepare reports, supporting foreign trade management and internal process improvement to optimize operational efficiency. **Your Responsibilities** * Provide support to Procurement and Supply Management, following procedures established by the SIG and internal procurement department guidelines. * Manage supplier evaluations in accordance with SIG procedures. * Identify and research new suppliers, services, materials, raw materials, and supplies. * Prepare, update, and maintain organized digital supplier files. * Record supplier claims and establish communication with suppliers to resolve them accordingly. * Perform statistical analysis of supplier claims; prepare reports on raw materials (costs), finished products (costs), supplier rankings, input rankings, import arrivals, and other assigned reports. * Support foreign trade management activities including forecasting, tracking, coordination, costing, and maintaining information and documentation. * Support and collaborate in developing and improving internal procurement processes (e.g., process mapping, KPIs, procedures). * Execute the Procurement Plan and monthly KPI measurement.
