Job Summary: We are seeking a professional Bartender with experience in international mixology to prepare beverages, manage inventory, and maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area for our members and guests. Lima Marina Club, a leading-tier club in the country, established as Peru’s first world-class marina and recognized for its high functionality, exclusivity, quality, and distinction, is currently seeking talent to complement our team for the position of: Bartender · Requirements: Bartender professional. 2 years of experience as a Bartender. Knowledge of bartending and international mixology. Basic Office software skills. · Responsibilities: Prepare beverages, cocktails, and infusions for LMC members and guests. Submit supply requisitions to the warehouse after verifying stock levels. Perform mise en place for cocktail preparation. Ensure prompt delivery of beverages to requesting tables. Inspect and carry out cleaning and polishing of glassware. Taste liquors using a tasting spoon (maximum 1–2 drops) to verify quality (flavor, texture, alcohol content, etc.) or taste new liquors not yet in stock—only with immediate supervisor’s authorization. Inspect, execute, and maintain order and cleanliness in the bar area. Be responsible for daily and monthly inventories (supplies, glassware, etc.). Label perishables and prepared juices with expiration dates. Be responsible for cleaning the area before and after each work shift. Report daily service incidents to the Service Supervisor.
