




Job Summary: Manpower Peru is seeking a Compensation Intern for the mining sector to support reporting, staffing, personnel administration, and KPI analysis. Key Highlights: 1. RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare monthly reports and ad-hoc reports requested by internal clients, and submit area provisions. Support month-end staffing preparation, and ensure and assist in headcount control. Ensure correct assignment of organizational units, management levels, cost centers, and organizational structures via SAP. Support personnel administration processes such as overtime management, leaves, vacations, and subsidies, among others, to ensure accurate submission of area provisions and payroll closing. Develop Compensation and ADP KPIs and dashboards to provide visibility into area processes. REQUIREMENTS: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Experience and/or knowledge in personnel administration.
