Participation in handling Training & Consulting requirements We are looking for a Training Consultant to join our team and deliver strategic solutions in human talent management, with specialized expertise in training, development, and organizational learning. Position Objective Ensure service quality in consulting and training, supporting our clients in implementing training programs, developing talent, and strengthening competencies—guaranteeing high-impact, value-added experiences. Requirements Bachelor's degree or graduate in Psychology, Business Administration, Education, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Training Analyst, Trainer, or in similar positions. Experience in consulting, training, and organizational development. Knowledge of: Design and implementation of training programs Instructional design and development of training materials Management of training indicators Training Needs Assessment (TNA) Development of in-person and virtual workshops Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. Main Responsibilities Participate in handling inbound requests related to Training & Consulting services, in coordination with area consultants. Participate in commercial meetings to identify and understand clients' basic and complementary needs. Identify new business opportunities within assigned projects, presenting client-aligned commercial proposals. Prepare and present technical and economic proposals for assigned projects. Record and track commercial activities, including visits, calls, proposals, and deal closures. Execute consulting, training, and capacity-building projects for clients—including instructional design, training material development, and workshop delivery—ensuring service quality. -Requirements- Minimum education: University graduate years of experience Keywords: analyst
