




Job Summary: Provide technical support and maintenance for residential, commercial, and industrial photovoltaic systems to ensure operational continuity and customer satisfaction. Training and positive work environment Provide technical support, maintenance, and incident resolution for residential, commercial, and industrial photovoltaic systems, ensuring operational continuity and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** **A. Technical Support** * Respond to internal and external technical inquiries regarding photovoltaic equipment (panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, switchboards, etc.). * Conduct preliminary fault diagnostics remotely or on-site. * Prepare technical reports on incidents, maintenance activities, and implemented solutions. **B. Installation and Maintenance** * Perform or assist in preventive and corrective maintenance. * Verify inverter configuration, generation monitoring, and telemetry. **C. Documentation** * Record installations, inspections, and repairs using internal forms. * Maintain up-to-date inventory of basic tools and materials used. * Prepare technical reports and photographic records. **D. Coordination** * Coordinate with sales and logistics departments regarding technical and material requirements. * Provide technical feedback for quotation and proposal development. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications** * Technician or university graduate in electricity, electronics, renewable energy, or related fields. **Experience** * Preferred: 6 months to 1 year in photovoltaic systems or related electrical work. **Technical Knowledge** * Basic understanding of direct and alternating current. * Ability to interpret electrical diagrams, technical specifications, and datasheets. * Familiarity with electrical machinery. * Preferred: * Certification or courses in solar energy * Proficiency with multimeters and electrical tools * Monitoring or design software (AutoCAD) **Competencies** * Customer orientation * Analytical and problem-solving ability * Organization and planning skills * Teamwork * Proactive response to incidents **We Offer** Market-competitive salary \+ 100% covered meals Training opportunities Positive work environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
