Job Summary: We are seeking a Concierge Supervisor for a building, responsible for registering entries, monitoring surveillance cameras, receiving packages, maintaining records of common areas, and removing garbage. Package management and common areas We are seeking personnel to fill the position of **Concierge Supervisor (DAY SHIFT or NIGHT SHIFT)** in a building located in **Barranco**, preferably **MALE** candidates over 26 years of age, productive, committed, and responsible individuals residing in nearby areas. **Responsibilities:** * Receive and register building entries for owners and their guests. * Monitor security cameras. * Receive packages, letters, etc. * Maintain records of owners' common areas. * Additionally, remove building garbage. **Schedule:** * 8-hour shift \+ overtime **(12 hrs)** with one day off per week * Day or night shift **Additional Information:** * Enrollment in payroll from the first day. * Uniform, photo ID badge, and job orientation regarding responsibilities provided on the first day. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits according to the REMYPE regime * Monthly salary deposited directly into a payroll account * Overtime pay. * AFP or ONP enrollment. * 15 days of vacation. * Health insurance through SIS MICROEMPRESAS. * Mandatory life insurance.
