Effective communication and coordination with key departments VALIDATION ASSISTANT / DISPATCH ASSISTANT Position Objective Ensure accurate validation of vehicles and loading orders, prevent errors or conflicts during the dispatch process, and guarantee correct release of goods. Main Responsibilities \* Validate scheduled trucks, license plates, shifts, and loading orders. \* Verify correspondence among truck, order, and goods. \* Detect and prevent conflicts or inconsistencies before and during loading. \* Record audited vehicles and identified deviations. \* Identify personnel involved in case of any incident. \* Verify loading and documentation prior to vehicle release. \* Immediately report critical incidents. \* Maintain traceable records and monitor recurring errors. Requirements \* Completed secondary education. \* Experience in warehouse, dispatch, distribution, logistics, or transportation. \* Experience in validation of loads, orders, or vehicles. \* Basic proficiency in digital tools. \* Attention to detail and organizational ability. \* Ability to work under pressure. \* Effective communication and coordination skills with warehouse and transportation departments. \* Availability to work night shifts. Working Conditions \* \*Schedule:\* Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. \* \*Work Modality:\* On-site. \* \*Salary:\* S/ 1,500 \+ S/ 300 mobility allowance. \* \*Work Location:\* Caral Plant – Huaral. \* \*Locations:\* Rímac and Cono Norte, subject to position availability.
