A plastic manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Machine Operator to join its production department. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Swab Machine Operator/Maintainer**, with experience in high-speed automated machinery, responsible for ensuring continuity of the production process and final product quality. **Requirements** * Industrial Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or Industrial Control Technician * Minimum **1 year of experience operating industrial machinery** * Experience in **preventive maintenance and mechanical adjustments** * Availability for on-site work and rotating shifts **Responsibilities** * Operate automatic production machines (manufacturing, drying, and inline packaging) * Perform **mechanical adjustments** (mold changes, calibrations, lubrication) * Carry out **basic preventive maintenance** * Identify and report equipment failures * Supervise product quality (cotton adhesion and uniformity) * Monitor proper usage of consumables (sticks, cotton fibers, etc.) **Competencies** * High **attention to detail** in high-speed processes (up to 1,200 units/minute) * Responsibility and commitment * Teamwork capability * Material organization and control **Working Conditions:** * Salary: S/ 1,800 \+ mobility bonus \+ night shift bonus \+ paid overtime * Microenterprise labor regime. * 15 days of vacation per year worked * Formal payroll registration * SIS health insurance * Life Insurance under Law Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,800\.00 per month Application Question(s): * Salary Expectation * How many years of experience do you have in this position?
