At ANSAS, a company specializing in last-mile logistics, we are looking for a **Distribution Logistics Assistant** to support on-route delivery execution.
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist the driver in on-route order distribution
* Validate delivery addresses, contacts, and delivery conditions
* Record evidence (photos, signatures, confirmations)
* Communicate with operations regarding incidents
* Ensure completion of the assigned route
**Profile:**
* Responsibility and punctuality
* Willingness to work in the field
* Basic communication skills
* Experience in distribution or delivery (preferred)
**Conditions:**
* Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
* Compensation: S/ 1,300
* Preferred experience
* Performance-based salary increase option
* 3 months per location, followed by formal payroll enrollment
