Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects, optimize resources, and ensure goal achievement through the Lean Construction philosophy. Key Highlights: 1. The main responsibilities are: * Review the initial construction plan and make necessary adjustments, defining the technology and/or equipment to be used. * Lead the construction team to meet company-established objectives, promoting innovation and resource optimization. * Lead and promote the Lean Construction philosophy to reduce waste and increase the value of the final product. * Maintain sound technical and commercial relations with the real estate supervision entity. * Negotiate with the Construction Committee, neighbors, or other stakeholders on agreements enabling project execution. * Assign technical\-administrative staff according to the construction project organizational chart. The requirements are as follows: * Three years of experience in similar roles on comparable projects; eight years of professional experience. * Licensed Civil Engineer. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.
