Design, implement, and monitor development, training, workplace climate, and talent management programs that foster an organizational culture aligned with our values and strategic objectives. Your main responsibilities will be: Monitor and analyze the organization’s recruitment and selection processes by department and hierarchical level, in accordance with internal distribution. Analyze and monitor organizational training needs assessments across departments under your scope, to help close internal competency gaps among employees. Analyze and support human development plans or initiatives—including dissemination, information consolidation, analysis, etc.—to contribute to achieving organizational objectives. Analyze and coordinate personnel evaluations within internal development processes—such as promotions and lateral moves—to ensure objectivity in staff growth processes within the organization. Analyze and monitor workplace climate and culture initiatives and outcomes across departments under your scope, to support consolidation of the desired organizational culture aligned with the organization’s strategy. Requirements: Graduate or degree holder in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in organizational development or human talent areas. Knowledge of methodologies and program design for training, competency-based evaluation, and climate management. Intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
