Production Assistant - Shift-Based

Description

Job Summary: Support plastic production, from raw material feeding to packaging and quality control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in extrusion and sealing processes 2. Responsible for basic visual quality control 3. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the production area Extrusion Support: Assist in feeding raw materials (resins/polyethylene) into machines and collaborate during roll or coil changes. Sealing Support: Collect, count, and package finished bags exiting the sealer, verifying proper sealing. Quality Control: Conduct basic visual inspections to detect material defects (holes, stains, or improper sealing) and report issues to the operator. Supply Support: Transport required supplies and materials to work areas to prevent machine downtime. Cleaning and Organization: Keep the production area clear, manage plastic waste (trimmings), and ensure tool cleanliness.
