Responsibilities * Control entry and exit of staff, visitors, and vehicles. * Ensure the safety of facilities and company assets. * Identify and report any incidents or risk situations. * Conduct security patrols and comply with established security protocols. * Contribute to maintaining order and preventing losses. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in security or related positions. * Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. * Observational skills and ability to respond promptly to incidents. * Availability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Benefits * Base salary of S/ 1,500\.00 for an 8-hour workday * Overtime pay in accordance with applicable law. * Formal employment registration under the company's labor regime. * Biweekly and end-of-month timely payments. * One rotating day off per week. * Good work environment and job stability.
