Promotion of comprehensive patient care and well-being We are **Geriatrics Perú**, a fully legal company operating for over 30 years, located at Av. Higuereta 571, Surco District. We specialize in the care and support of older adults. **Hours: 150 hours per month** Monthly schedule of 15 rotating shifts (morning and night shifts) **Responsibilities:** * Provide direct and high-quality care to older adults. * Monitor vital signs. * Assist with daily activities and medical procedures. * Document and report patients' conditions. * Promote comprehensive care and patient well-being. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure efficient service delivery. **Requirements:** * Hold a nationally issued nursing degree or a Certificate of Completion. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Monday through Sunday). * Ability to work effectively in a team. * Responsibility, punctuality, and organization. * Commitment to service. * Initiative, proactive attitude, and dynamism. **Benefits:** * Employment contract compliant with Peru’s Nursing Law. * Enrollment in the MYPE payroll system, including all benefits mandated by the Nursing Law: * CTS deposits. * Paid vacations. * ESSALUD coverage. * Mid-year and year-end bonuses (July and December). * AFP/ONP pension contributions.
