Support in monitoring and controlling project or construction progress We are looking for a **Professional Intern in Engineering**, with a focus on **planning, progress control, reporting, and documentation**, to assist the technical team in project monitoring and activities related to construction execution and planning. **Intern Profile** **Academic Background:** Graduate in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. **Knowledge and Skills:** * Intermediate (minimum) *Excel* – essential for report preparation. * MS Project / Primavera P6 (desirable). * Data analysis and indicator generation. * Organizational and planning capabilities. * Effective communication and teamwork. * Proactivity and results orientation. **Competencies:** * Responsibility and commitment. * Analytical ability. * Proactivity. * Communication and teamwork. **Responsibilities** * Assist in monitoring and controlling project or construction progress according to established schedules. * Prepare and consolidate reports and documentation (daily, weekly, and monthly) on project progress and status. * Support data organization and analysis for project planning and control. * Participate in coordination meetings and assist in preparing minutes and meeting records. * Perform additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor related to planning and control functions. **Benefits** * Professional internship agreement (as per university requirements). * Statutory insurance (FOLA or Essalud, depending on modality). * Opportunity for learning and development in real-world projects. * Career progression path based on performance.
